Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be made with 10 days of receipt of your order. Please do not return any merchandise outside of the return window without contacting customer service.

Shae's Niche takes pride in the products for quality, excellent value and customer service.

Ensure that you review the sizing chart before finalizing your purchase. No returns or exchanges are made on items due to sizing errors on ANY clothing. I appreciate your understanding as my effort is to ensure each customer receives a brand new garment.

Only items that are found defective will be exchanged. Please send an email to afrijwl@att.net .


Return Policy

Shae's Niche does not accept returns on jewelry, accessories and all other item returns. ONLY on items found to be defective. Sizing of jewelry items is NOT considered to be a defect of the item. No exceptions.

If the damage/defect is a result of a manufacturing flaw, Shae's Niche will be more than happy to replace your product with the same style or similar/comparable value.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Shipping Policy

Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and are subject to product availability and order verification, which could delay shipment of your package.

Orders will be shipped on the next business day after processing (Not including holidays and Sundays). You will receive an email notification provided with your order.

Domestic packages are shipped through USPS, UPS or equivalent services.

Standard domestic shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days.

ANSWER: Shae’s Niche does not accept returns/exchanges unless the item is found to be defective. All sales are final on all items on the website. Measurements are listed on each product page to ensure accuracy when ordering. As well, each product page notes "see chart below for sizing, as we do not accept returns for sizing errors". If your item is found to be defective, please send an email to afrijwl@att.net, please be sure to check the sizing chart before placing your order. Note: if an item is returned unauthorized the cost to re-ship the product will be deducted from your store credit.

Jewelry and accessories returns:

We do not accept returns. Only items found to be defective will be accepted for return. Sizing of items is not considered to be a defect of the item. No exceptions. Sorry. Note: if an item is defective, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the item to be eligible for an exchange. After 14 days, we will not allow a refund/exchange/store credit. No returns on any items unless they are found to be defective.
